What To Expect At Your Appointment

Quick Version Key Take Aways:
What you must do to prepare for your appointment.
1. Inspect your home: Before power washing your home, inspect the exterior to identify any areas that may require special attention or repairs. Check for any cracks, leaks, or other damages to the siding, windows, or doors. If you notice any damage, repair it before power washing to prevent further damage during the process. 2. Clear the area: Remove any outdoor furniture, decorations, or plants that could get in the way of the power-washing process. This will ensure that we can reach all areas of your home's exterior and prevent any damage to your belongings.
3. If you are having your windows cleaned and have selected the "Spotless Window Cleaning" service, you must remove your screens prior to our arrival. If you are unable to remove your screens and need us to remove them you must select the "Windows and Screens" window cleaning package.
4. Close windows and doors:
Close all windows and doors tightly to prevent water from entering your home during the power washing process. This will also help protect your home's interior from moisture damage.
5.Consider removing your screens
Whether you are having your windows cleaned or not we HIGHLY suggest our clients remove any screens from their windows. This allows us to thoroughly clean your home. While washing the exterior of your home without the screens in place we are able to remove the mold, grime and bug debris that gets between the screen and window. Leaving you with a more thoroughly cleaned sill and window track.

At Water Wizard's, we take pride in providing exceptional service to our clients. As part of our commitment to ensure a seamless experience, we would like to inform you of the steps to be taken before and during your appointment.
On the day of your appointment, you will receive a text message notification with an estimated 30-45 minute window for The Wizard's arrival. Please note that each appointment is booked with a 2-hour arrival window to account for traffic and allow ample time for our team to perform their magic. At Water Wizard's, we take great care to deliver on the promises made in our customer contract and never cut corners or rush the process.
When our team arrives at your property, they will knock on your door to introduce themselves, and if you are present, invite you to complete a walk around with The Wizard. However, your presence is not required, as we conduct a thorough 28 Point Inspection to ensure each client is 100% satisfied. Our inspection covers everything from oxidation, flaking paint, outdoor outlets, gutter pitch, and drainage plans, and we take pictures and/or videos of the property to document any areas of concern.
Once the inspection is complete, we tape and/or cover all unmovable sensitive items, including doorbells, doorbell cameras, keypads, garage door keypads, and outlets, to protect them throughout the washing process. We then connect the water line to your home's water spigot, and if your property does not have access to water, please notify our office before booking your appointment. The estimated duration of the job is based on the square footage of the areas to be cleaned, and we are happy to provide a job time estimate upon request.
After the work is completed, another round of pictures and/or videos is taken of the home, and you can request to see your home's before and after photos, which will be attached to your invoice. Your invoice will be emailed or texted to you, and payments can be made securely online, without the need for logging in or sign-ups. We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee, and clients have 48 hours to contact us with any concerns about the work completed.
At Water Wizard's, we believe in educating homeowners so they can make informed decisions about their home's maintenance. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our team at 843.256.8838. We are committed to providing exceptional service and look forward to working with you.
